Multiple environments in W2K and DOS app

I have a DOS financial app that I want to run in W2K Pro. I used the set command, to set the station number. So far, so good. Now I want to run 2 sessions at the same time. When using a Win98 client it works fine, just by altering the PIF, but in Wk2 Pro, I sem to be stuck to the station number I installed with the Set command ( or through the environment panel ).
Any ideas ??????????????
