This is my situation, I have a database built so that employees can put in orders for customers, how ever the problem I have is the way it is set up the employee can enter unlimited qty for one customer but can only enter one product I want to set it up so they can enter as many as they need for one client. Can anyone point me in the right direction? _ I have a report that prints all this information out and I have thought about just placing more blanks in the form but then the report would be several pages long

You need to look into your relationsships between your tables. If you lok at the "Order Entry" sample database that comes with Access you will see the correct relationsships for the tables. You need to have a Cusomter table, Orders table (One-to-many relationship) and a Product Table (One-to-Many relationship). This will allow for a Cusomter to make multiple orders with Multiple products.
