Multiple Email Domains on Same Domain

I am Installing an Exc 2000 Server within a Large Corporate Org lets Say their Name is Acme.com

Within the Acme Domain They can send emails to %username%@acme.com, However, They have just aquired a New Company and are setting up another exchange server within the same company. They need to retain their old email domain eg.
%username%@acme-123.com
On the Same Exchange server they also have %username%@acme-456.com

I have Set up the Administrative Group for Acme-123 on the Primary Exchange server that Hosts ACME.com

any assistance is muchly appreciated.

I think what you want to do is have virtual hosting. You can add there domains to the connectors area and than add user accounts in active directory. Is that what you want?
