Hi guys,

I'd like to setup one email server for our group of six companies, I have a fairly good grip of Exchange but my main question is...once I have all the MX records pointing to and users on one domain, how do I allow users to send and receive as different addresses?

For example:

User A has email addresses:
@enara.co.uk (New Windows domain name)
@firstcallcareservice.com
@enar.co.uk
@beech.co.uk

How can I have it so that user continues to send after the consolidation as @firstcallcareservice? Is it an Outlook thing or a server thing?

You have them each able to send as specific domain names in Exchange. In you want users to send out as different FROM addresses, look at the replies in the Exchange 2003 forum on this topic.
