You cannot. This requires a server version of Windows, and XP is an OS client version.
If your question meant: "How do I connect to more than one Domain in XP" the answer is you cannot become a member of more than one Domain at a time. You can authenticate to a different Domain than the one you listed in your System Properties sheet if your username and password are acceptable on the Domain, and then access resources even though you are not a Domain member.
