Multiple Domains on one Server

I want to have multiple domains on one server for email purposes only. Ideally I would like to keep them seperate without using three different servers. If I have a username john@xxx.com and john@yyy.com I don't want it to go to the same account. Is it possible to set this up for three domains on one server.
