Multiple Domain

Can a win xp PC have more then 1 domain to select in the log on screen?

I want to be able to choose from 2 different domains (and local PC) at the logon screen, 1 is local and 1 I login as the the cached user and then VPN to the domain controller?

No and Yes.
You cannot join one computer to more than one domain, so in logon dialog there can be only one domain name shown. If this domain is part of AD domain tree, in logon dialog you will see all domains in this tree. If you have domains outside AD tree, interconnected with trust relationships, they also will be shown.
