I need to send approximately 600 letters with 1 to 6 detail sheets per letter.
Question is:
Is it possible to bring the letter into the report that prints the detail sheets below a page break and then group so that the print job will print the letter, then the detail sheets for that letter, then the next letter, etc.? That way when the groups are separated they get matched up to their envelopes with minimal work to assemble.
The good news is that all the data for the address fields and the detail sheets reside in the same database.
In addition to the above, some of the 600 will require a second letter.
Am I on the right track?? or is there a better way?
