Hi there everyone,
I'm new to the whole world of SharePoint, and I have a pretty good understanding of its basic uses. Right now my boss wants me to create this demo site with multiple document libraries (I have 7 total) in it. Each library will contain at least one folder, and in that folder will contain a document being reviewed. After the document gets reviewed it will update the version, and when it reaches the last step in each library it will alert me. When this happens I have to manually move the document to the next folder.
Ok so here are the questions:
1) How do I move the document to the next library folder without: a) losing the version number, and b) without having to download the file and then reupload it to the next folder?
2) If possible, how do you create a calendar that will contain all the information (addition to the folder, version updates, etc.) from the 7 document libraries I have created?
