Multiple Discreet Values in Parameters

How can I retrieve all the all the descreet values from a table when setting up a parameter. I need the parameter to allow the user to select the parameter from a drop down a list. When I set up the default values, I choose the table and field but when I add the default values only a partial list appears.

Can anyone shead some light as to why CR will not grab the entire list?

Aside from the nuisance of changing the maximum values read, Crystal parameters are NOT dynamic, so if you add a value to the table a parm is based on, you'll have to open the report and read in the values again unless you use external code.

There are 3rd party products, such as Ido's that handle this as well as hierarchial parameters:
