Hi guys,
We maintain an MD110 for a company that has three departments in the same location using the same MD110. Each department has an operator, two use a DBC214 and one uses the MD110 Operator Console.
The problem is as follows. When the accounts department is busy, the MD110 searches for the next operator, which could well be in Sales or Customer Service. They want to be completely separate, even to the degree that they can't transfer between departments without using an external transfer.
My question is as follows: Is multi-tenancy the way out of this situation? Would the system still look for the next available operator even if it's in a different tenancy?
Thanks in advance?
