Multiple deletes hang Outlook

We recently moved our Exchange 5.5 postoffice from NT4 to a Windows2000 server. Since then when Outlook users try to delete multiple emails at a time it hangs their Outlook (a mix of 98 & 2000 versions) and they have to use Task Manager to kill the program. Single deletes work fine!

Your assistance is truly appreciated!

Hi,

I experienced the same problem when I installed Zetafax connector. There was an issue on the Groupshield + Zetafax connector.

I solved the problem using another release of groupshield.
