I am new to Crystal Reports. I want to create a report that will have the total hours of each employee. The problem is the seven days of databases are the same name but in dated folders. For example \20060502\hours.dbf, \20060501\hours.dbf, etc.

How can you connect the same name file to build the report?

You have various options, but the best solution depends on your software version.

One possible solution would be to use an ODBC connection, and the Add Command and create a UNION ALL sql statement.

But I won't elaborate until you take the time to supply basic information.

Also what type and version of xBase were the dbfs created in?

My client has verison 7, but I am working to upgrade them to 10 or 11. The database files are dbase III.
