multiple database connections - one html table

I'm trying to access multiple Access databases in one row of an html table. The reason is I have a program that exports an Access database for every project and I want to marry that with another constant database and view the results in a website. However, I can't seem to find anywhere how to either query multiple databases, open nested database connections, etc... can anyone tell me how to accomplish this???!!
