I have a report that is based on a select query. When I preview this report it produces multiple pages of the query results. In order to print it you have to use File|Print and select page 1 to page 1 or you get 9 pages. In all the form's text box controls where the data values come from this query, the Hide Duplicates property is set to Yes. Also exporting to .rtf and .xls have the same result - multiple data sets. Does anyone know what might be causing this to happen?
