Is there an easy way to set-up a task or appointment in Outlook for something that needs to be done like every 2 hours every work day? I found how to set-up to do a task or appontment every day at a set time but is there a way to set something up to a number of times a day Monday through Friday? LMK> Thanks.

You've probably thought of this already...what you can do is set up a daily recurring task with the reminder checked and the appropriate time entered for each 2 hour interval. So if you needed to do this every two hours from 0700 to 1700, then you would need to initially set up 5 tasks (0900, 1100, 1300, 1500, 1700) and be done with it. A word of caution with tasks, the next recurring reminder will not pop-up if the last one has not been marked completed. For example, if you don't mark the 0900 task completed, the next day the 0900 task reminder will not pop-up.

Marie71371,
I suggest that to the user but they said it could be don't all at once like I attempted to discribe. I think the user is referring to a feature in another program (LotusNotes) but I am not sure. Thanks for the suggestion though.
