Hello!

I always get the problems solved by TEK TIPS. Thanks to all.

I am having trouble with the multiple criteria in the query.
I have a form with 2 text boxes, an option group
which asks for All or Each, a combo box with 16 users in 1 column and a command button called preview report.

I have 2 fields Userid and TS in each of the 7 queries.
In TS field my criteria is
Between [Forms]![frmnew]![txtfromdate] And [Forms]![frmnew]![txttodate]
In the Userid field the criteria is [Forms]![frmnew]![cmbuser].
When I enter the fromdate and todate and choose ALL from the option group, I want the combo box to get disabled.
What should i write in the userid field criteria in order to accomplish this. Also when I select 'EACH', automatically the cursor should move to the Combo box to select specific user.

Thank You for the help
