I am trying to do an advanced find to re-assign a large number of zip codes.

I thought that, to do a search on multiple values for a specific field, you separate the values with a semi-colon, but when I do that, I get no results. When I do one only, I get the expected results.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks.

Gary

I would do this one of two ways. If the Zips were in the same range (say 9021?) I would use 'Begins with' instead of 'equals'. If it was just a few codes I would use the 'Group Or' button. So you enter that the zip equals one - then enter the next one, but by default the query is AND, so you hit the 'group or' and voila - this help or just make the waters more muddy?
