Several users on an MS Exchange 2000 system need to collect mail when they are off site. Until they get a fast internet connection installed and can then use OWA I have set up mail-enabled contacts to forward their mail to their personal external e-mail addresses and also to leave it in the Exchange Information Store.
This works OK but ....
If an e-mail is addressed to 2 of them it is forwarded out to both contacts twice, if it is addressed to 3 of them they all get 3 copies, and so on.
There is only one e-mail address in each mail-enabled contact.
Running Service Pack 3 for Exchange.
Any ideas?
