Multiple Control Sources for a Report?

I'm having a problem - I can't get data from a subreport to the main report.

I'm wondering if there is a way to get the Control Source of a report to pull from more than one query? If so, then all the fields I need would be available for summing/etc on my main report.

Or is there just a simple way of getting the data from the subreports to pull in to the main report. When I create an unbound field, then makes it's Control Source the field I want from the subreport, I just get #Error.

Any thoughts?

Hi
When you say you "makes it's Control Source the field I want from the subreport", does the control source look like this:
=[SubReport_Control_Name].Report.[SubReport_TextBox_Name]

The Control Source for just the field is

= Reports![rptReview2]![fldSumOfYes2]

so I'm not sure that it's the same format that you have.

I'm trying to follow the format you wrote, but I'm confused - what's the difference between the Control Name & the Textbox Name?

There isn't any. I was trying to distinguish between the subreport control and the textbox control on the subreport:

You are missing a Report:
Reports![rptReview2].Report![fldSumOfYes2]

Actually, you're original answer got me thinking/looking some more; I looked in the Help for Access, trying to find a hint - ended up taking what you & the Help section said & using a bit of good guessing, & found that all I needed was to put
=subrptReview8!fldSumOfYes8
in the Control Source - works great!

Thanks for your help.
