I searched multiple threads and did not find exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully someone can help with my problem.
We have an office were the let go of the receptionist and multple people act as attendant during the day. The day is split into 3 times and someone sits in the receptionist chair and anwsers the calls. We have extra consoles and I set up a second and third console.
The idea is that all calls will go to the primary console and when she is off the other responsible person can take the calls. I need to set up each console as a log in and I'm not positive on how to do that. Right now the primary rings and if the calls are not anwsered within time the secondary console is getting the overflow. I don't want any calls going to the secondary if the primary is in use.

What do I need to do? How do you set up Attendants with logins?

You need to find if your software version supports attendant vectoring. If so your set if not try position busy on the idle consoles.

Hope this helps
