Multiple connections over 1 tunnel ??

Is it possible to setup multiple connections (LAN network with 5 computers site A) to site B over 1 tunnel ?

Yes, branch to branch tunnel. You'll require at least 2 VPN servers or devices to do this.

When you say "2 VPN servers" where do those need to be located? At either end or both at one end? Can you elaborate on what that looks like?

The 2 VPN servers would be in each location. They would establish the VPN tunnel over the insecure network (the internet) and your client machines would access the other location through that tunnel.
