I need to print a report in Crystal Reports with 300 - 600 records on one page so I need more than one column, which would look like

NAME ID NAME ID NAME ID
abc    12    ret    37    wer     43
def    34    rww    12    tre     65
ase    43    wrr    76    ewe     12
trr    24    rtt    45    wer     78
dfr    43    try    76    wrr     76
vfg    23    ert    78    uyt     76
fgt    23    err    98    iuy     78

How do I a report like this which has several columns.

use the mailing label report expert - as well as mailing labels, it will help you set up a multiple columner report
Malcolm Wynden
wynden@island.dot.net

You can automatically format columns without having to go to 'labels'. Choose Format, Section, and then down at the bottom check Format with Multiple Columns. Then click on the layout tab and set them up as you need them
