Is this possible?

I'm working on a calendar. I want to create a cell where the number is left aligned in the cell and almost as high as the cell and then have two lines of type to the right of the number - at a about half the pt. size of the number, so that the top of the text aligns with the top of the number, and the bottom of the text aligns with the bottom of the number.

Do I do this using two column within a text box -or is ther some other way?

Umm... ok, that might be a valid answer, but I thought I was in the HTML forum when I answered it. :) LOL, sorry for the flip response. There may well be a better way in ID.

Any ideas?

I can't work this out, and I've had a good look in the help of ID.

Or do i have to insert a table into a cell to acheive this effect? This doesn't seem like the right way to do it though.

Make the number a drop cap two lines high. Insert a tab between the number and the text, and put an "align here" character after the tab and before the first line of little text. Set the cell to align top.
