Hey there!

I wonder if anyone could help me on this.
It would probably be easier to show you want I need.

Bid 1 Bid 2 Bid 3 ...
-----------------|--------------|-------------
Item 1 Price | Price | Price ...
Item 2 Price | Price | Price ...
Item 3 Price | Price | Price ...
----------------------------------------------
Total Sum1 Sum 2 Sum 3

The number of Items and Bids are not fixed. Basically I would like a report that prints all the bids that it can on one page and then print the rest of them on to subsequent pages. Can this be done??

Thanks for any help!

Sure, given that you have Item fields and Bid fields, this is possible.

What difficulty are you encountering?

By the way, your Sum controls have to go in either the Report Footer, or Group footer, not Page Footer.

Tom,

Thanks for your reply. Well the problem is the Bids column is not fixed so when I place them in a report there could be more than what could fit a single page. I want the report to automatically add to another page if it encounters this. Does this make sense to you? Is this a dynamic crosstab report?

Thanks!

It sounds as if you are right in your assumption that a dynamic crosstab report would be the way to go.
