Hi there!
I did a search first to see if there's been a post on this but was unsuccessful ...

I am using the multiple column in my report.
I have 3 columns across. So it shows every invoice in each column.

Everything is great except now management wants each each invoice to repeat 3 times across.

So invoice number 1234 needs to show the same invoice information 3 times across.

My report is also set to Down and Across.
so the next invoice number after 1234 is the one under it rather then next to it. Which is fine other then I now need to have each invoice repeated in each of the 3 columns and the next invoice starting on the next row of columns.

NOTE: i have data in the Details section that is directly pulled from a table and then code in the Details section for add'l information with specific formatting. I will need all of this repeated 3 times.

I am not sure how to specify how many times to repeat the same invoice number?

I think you can do this by creating a table of numbers tblNums with a single field Num and add values 1,2,3. Add this table to your report's record source so that you get 3 copies of each invoice. I think you would want to change the display to Across Then Down.

wow - that's quick! thanks.

humh, not sure if I'm seeing this put together ... i get how to create the tblNums. So I would also need to then add all the invoice numbers to this table, right? It will need to link to my current Record Source of my report somehow and that's the only thing that seems to make sense.

I will try this.

never mind.
just created the tblNums and added the values 1,2,3 and added to my current Record Source and changed to Across then Down and all is good!

you are awesome!
