Hello. I have a multiple column report where in order for it to print the way I need it to I had to use MS Knowledge base article 153052 - How to Print Labels Only on the Left Margin of a Report. I need to have the labels as the first column going down.

My problem is I have 10 columns of data that should show up, but it only shows 8 columns of data (5 on the first page and 3 on the 2nd page) and it looks like it is using the labels as the other 2 columns, 1 per page, so it does equal 10 columns.

I have the # of Columns set to 6. When I change it to 10 or 15, it only shows 6 on the first page. All others are lost. This is hard to explain, sorry. Can anyone help?

Sorry, I am using WinXP and Access 2003.

Perhaps you fixed this?

Trying the following in order: (print preview after each)

1. Change the number of columns back to 1.
Then Change the page orientation to landscape.
Set the margins right and left to 0.5 each instead of 1".

2. On the report Make the column headings and the columns in the detail sections a little smaller.
Then drag the white open area to your right closer in the report.
