I have just learned how to group and make a report with multiple columns today. It is awesome, but I am having some inexperience problems.

I need to print the report on a Ledger size paper and keep it to one sheet.

I want to split my data into four columns formatted to go down then to the next column.

Ideally, I would like a header to span the entire width of the landscaped report.

My issues:

1.) Is it possible to force the report to fit all the data to one page [in case a unique situation occurs where I have more data than my tests have produced]?
2.) How can I create a header that will span the entire width of the ledger paper landscaped - my problem is that if I stretch the report header across the length that corresponds to the measurement of the ledger paper top when it is landscaped, it stretches my columns that length and spills my records over to another page.
3.) I tried putting my report header on the page header also - to no avail.
4.) Ideally, I would like to have the header stretch the entire top of the landscaped ledger paper and then have four columns of my data below on one page.

Since I am new to this, I hope it is something simple I am missing.

Thanks so much in advance for any help you can provide.

1. If there is more data than will fit on one page, it has to go to the second page. The only way to prevent this is to use smaller text boxes and fonts in the Detail section. Also make sure you have no white space left above and below text boxes in the Detail section.

2, 3 and 4. Both the Report Header and Page Header sections are independent of your column settings in the Detail section. But you may wish to take a look at the Column Settings in Page Setup, and make sure the "Same as Detail" box is not checked.
