Multiple CMS Dictionary Uploads?

Just wondering if there is a way to upload multiple new agent ID's into the CMS dictionary without doing it one by one. Is there a way to upload several?

Look at the CMS dictionary Bulk Config. I bought it many years ago when it was only $500 but it's paid for itself many times over.
