Hi

I have a problem where I have against many records some data in one field i.e.

Type Number Action Concluded
Name Lisa No 1 Ring Y
Name Lisa No 1 Write N
Name Lisa No 1 Write M
Name Lisa No 1 Write Y
Name Lisa No 1 Write Y

Name Debbie No 1 Ring Y
Name Debbie No 1 Ring Y
Name Debbie No 1 Ring Y
Name Debbie No 1 Ring Y

And so on. What I need a report to do is just pick out all of the names where all of the entries under that name are set to Y if there are any set to N or M then just ignore it.

Thanks,

Lisa

If there are no letters later in the alphabet than "Y" used in {table.concluded}, you could go to report->selection formula->GROUP and enter this (assuming a group on {table.name}):

minimum({table.concluded},{table.name}) = "Y"
