Multiple CFW Keys, or Frequent Forwarder to 2 Numbers

Any thoughts on providing multiple CFW keys, or perhaps another solution exists? An executive toggles between forwarding to his voice mailbox and forwarding to his mobile phone. It’s a bother having to type in both numbers every time.

Can’t seem to forward to an autodial button, and can’t seem to add CFW to any other key besides 19. Phone is a 3904, Meridian release 3.0.

If your user normally hunts to voice on busy then you can put a MSB (make set busy key on his phone).
If he wants to forward to his cell phone then he would use the forward key. If he wants the call to go to voice mail then he could activate the make set busy key.

I use Remote Call Forward. On my cell I have several different entries in the contact list to change forwarding to different numbers.
Probably could also be done using auto-dial keys on a desk phone.
