Can someone clarify how to make a 7962 VoIP phone with a sidecar able to recive multiple calls with the same Ext # as a line appearance. When the caller is on the first line the 2nd line rings in on the first line & does not light up on 2nd appearance. When placed on hold the 2nd call won't flash on the 2nd line appearance. The settings are as follows thanks.
