Hi,
I'm very new at Flash, and I have to build a "vacation planner" application. The users want 3 calendars displayed on the screen so they can view the current month, the previous month and the next month.
I know I will have to modify the calendar object, probably by disabling some of the arrows that allow the user to scroll to previous and next months.
Another requirement is that the user should be able to select half a day, or a full vacation day. Again, I will have to modify the calendar object.
Now, I know it's possible to change the calendar object, but I heard it's not recommended. Would I be better off building my own? If so, any idea of how much time it would take?
Any other suggestions?
I would really appreciate an answer on this one. Normally, I would try it on my own, but I don't have time to learn how to do this because the requirements document is due this Friday.
Thanks,
