Multiple backup jobs using 1 tape

I have one tape drive and multiple daily backup jobs. The tape gets changed once a day, so the jobs have to share the same tape.

If this is possible, what are the correct settings?

Do you have the append feature on the jobs you are creating. Or can you backup all the servers with one job?

It's possible.
Make sure the first job dosn't append (or you must format it by yourself before the job starts).

All other jobs must have the option append.

Thanks for the info, but where do I set the "append" option for the job?

Modify the job - open up the global job options (look on the toolbar) and then look under the operation tab (I think off the top of my head). However, if you're using a rotation then the options are set under the schedule tab of the backup job.
