Hi
I have a Mitel 3300 with a PRI and 3 SIP lines configured on it. I have a receptionist at the location the PRI is set up for using a 5550 and one for the three SIPs using a 5340 set. I have an auto attendant that is set up for both back doors (Auto-Attendants) but if someone presses 0 no matter what office number they call everyone ends up at the receptionist at the main location with the PRIs. Is there a way to configure the route of the 0 to go to the proper receptionist without a Nupoint?
Thank you

Lots of different options for this. If I am understanding you correctly you just want dial 0 from different multi level auto attendants to route to different places? If this is correct you can program 0 in the multi-level auto attendant form. Same thing the 0 option may be configured in individual mailboxes. As for "system wide" (ie if phone A presses 0 it goes to operator A) look into tenanting and or intercept handling.

Just in case AlphaMann's post is not clear. (he is assuming embedded VM as am I)

The dial zero routing of any mailbox can be designated to go to a specific extension by modifying the Operator Extension to something other than blank

If the Operator Extension is left blank in the mailbox, then the Extension Number associated with Mailbox zero is what is dialed

If the extension programmed on mailbox zero is in fact zero then the voicemail will actually dial zero.

More specific details can yield more specific answers

Hi
Yes it is an embedded voicemail. I have set the 0 to redirect properly when you dial an extension and then dial 0 it goes to the proper receptionist however if you enter in the system using the Auto Attendant and dial 0 from the first message it automatically redirects to the primary receptionist using the 5550 console no matter which number you dialled in from. I need it to be able to redirect to the proper receptionist from the get go. Can tenanting or intercept handling to this.
Thank you.

I believe I've known people to use intercept to direct zero based on VM Port

I don't think you can tenant the VM ports

I've never had the need there are usually simpler ways to handle auto-attendant.

Are all applications using Dial by Name?
Are all using dial by extension?

If not, you might consider using Menu Node mailboxes
