I am have some trouble with Greetings/Menus

I am trying to get a the message from only mailbox 9991 to play. Instead I first get the Day Menu 1 message then the general mb 9991 plays.

I have tried to delete the Day Menu Greeting, and it says it did, it was my voice as a test and I need to get rid of it...

I have tried to delete the Touch Tone gate message (again mine) but nada.

How do I really delete the Day Menu message. And why does it insist on playing.

So you want the incoming lines to be answered directly by a mailbox, and take a message from the caller, instead of having the Automated Attendant answer first, giving the caller the option of dialing an extension number if they know it?

Instead of directing the lines to the AA (probably by assigning the line/pools to the VoiceMail Calling Group), make an extension (probably the Operator) the Principal User of the lines, and that mailbox will answer the lines. Use DND for "Night" mode, so that it will answer immediately.
