multiple animations in Image Ready

How do you create 2 independant animations to run at the same time on a web page in Image Ready? I have a 5 frame continuous loop at .1 sec intervals. When I create the 2nd one, a 3 frame, one time loop at .5 sec intervals, it wipes out the first one. Each frame for both animations is on an independant layer. Any ideas?

Create 2 totally seperate animations rather than a combination.
