Hello,

One of my users has a frustrating problem. Somehow (its a long story) he's ended up with 2 Lotus Notes address book files (names.nsf) both of which contain lots of entries, and he isn't sure if the newer one contains all the ones the older has.
He could print one of them out and compare it against the 2nd for missing addresses, but he has quite a lot, and this could take some time.
I'm wondering if there is an easier way? Ideally, he'd like to be able to merge the two into one, but I don't know if such a thing is possible. Thanks for suggestions/help.

No, sorry I didn't mention it. R5

HI,

Why don't you just copy & paste the documents from one address book to the other? Practice with a handful of documents first to make sure that they are
viewable in the other address book. If so, copy & paste. Once all documents are in one Address Book delete the old one.

Hope this helps

Thank you, that solution will work quite nicely! Have a star!
