Multiparty Conference: ISDN devices

Hi

System: HiPath 4000 V4.0 (P30252N4600U00300|V4 R3.0.0)
H4K User: ISDN phone


Scenario

External party calls into H4K. H4K user answers, and places call on hold. The external party that is placed on hold by the H4K user then initiates a conference with another external party.

The H4K user tries to retrieve the held call and received back from the H4K system a 'RETRIEVE REJECT (H'37)' message in the ISDN signalling element.

Anyone know if there is a configuration class of service that can solve the issue? Is this a development issue?
