Multimedia Contollers and 4 port DVR board

Running Windows XP on a P4 system: I installed a new hard drive, fresh XP, and a new generic 4 port (4 input) Digital Video Card (Jatel). However, windows keeps prompting me for the Multimedia Controllers (found new hardware - 3 times on each startup). Under the hardware profiles in the "Other Devices" section there are the three unknowns: Multimedia Controller, Multimedia Video Controller, and Unknown Device.

I have installed the software for the card and even tried to search the installation CD but no luck. Are there generic ones from Microsoft? I gave up on the Jatel website as it is mostly in Korean and no reference to downloading drivers.

From the info I got from the Jatel website, there is the high possibility that there are NO XP drivers to be had, all cards listed are for W98/ME...
