Multilple Jump Menus that are linked?!

I am vvvv new to Dreamweaver but am picking the bits i need to. One of the things i need is multiple jump menus that correct the follow one.

i.e If you select restaurants from a list that contains

restaurants
cinemas
sports
other

then the next jump menu would contain

italian
chinese
indian
thai

Once one of those is selected it would give a list of possible restaurants of that type.

I have the feeling i may have to use ASP and some sort of database info sat behind.

Have foudn this extremely difficult to implement.

Have you used this option yourself. I think i can edit the .js file with the options i want but have no idea how i actually add the chained selects to my web page!

Hair pullage is about to be reached?!
