Multilink dial-up

I am having trouble with getting a NT 4 server to accept multilink call ins. i am using a rocketport on the server to accept the incoming calls. I have w2k clients dialing in. I can get the clients to dial into two different numbers but i cant get the server to accept the calls as a multilink call.
