multiline polycom? 1

Does anyone know of a polycom product that can initiate a conference call with multiple outside parties? I have a Magix with TDL and ETR extentions that is requesting a poly for a conference table. I cannot seem to make the call and transfer it to an analog poly or put the conference call on hold and then pick it up via *9-ext. no.

Any ideas?

Once you have answered or placed a call on the Polycom you can use the FLASH button to add another party to the call just like a single line set.

The other methods you are trying to use do not exist for the Legend/Magix PBX. Conferences can't be transfered or picked up. You might want to download the Feature Reference guide for the Legend/Magix from support.avaya.com. It covers all the feature capabilities and interactions of the system.

There is a device made that will allow you to connect a T&R Device to the Handset jack of a Multi-Line phone.
