Multihoming IIS

I have a dual-NIC, Windows 2003 server running IIS 5, and two different ISPs. What is the best way to set up the server/IIS so the website can be accessible via both ISPs?

(Looking for high-availability such that if one ISP fails, the website is still accessible)

Thee are alot of ways to skin this cat. You could use a connection agregator like FatPipe and have multiple NAT/PAT entries on your firewall. Weighted entries in your DNS (which is kind of what FatPipe does internaly).
Depending on the nature of the site (is it financial, e-mail web port or multimedia) the easiest way may be to look at a hosted solution and let someone else worry about the connectivity up time. HA does not usually come cheap and a hosted solution spreads the cost over multiple customers.
