Multihomed Linux Server

I have a linux multihomed pc with a public IP address (80.204.xxx.xxx) and a private address (192.168.0.9) (it should be works as firewall and proxy server). when i put the private ip as gateway in my windows based pc i can go in internet only by squid, i can ping the public ip address but i can't ping nothing more (the other public ip and the router itself). I have set the ip_forward to 1 in syscl.conf and put FORWARD_IPV4=yes in /etc/sysconfig/network file .. i don't know what to do more .. my routing table is

192.168.0.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth0
80.204.57.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth1
127.0.0.0 * 255.0.0.0 U 0 0 0 lo
default 80.XXX.XXX.XXX 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 eth1

Can anybody help me please?

are you running firewall software ?
(ipchains/iptables ?) --------------------------------------------------------------------
