Multicast Issues

I have 4 SCCS/CCMS servers configured on a single CCMA server. I am getting all RTD data from 2 of them but the other 2 are not displaying Agent data. Skillset, Application, IVR, Route and Nodal displays all work fine.

Any ideas?

How can I check to see if the CCMA server is receiving the agent data (ports 6060 & 6070 I believe) from the 2 servers in question?

you can test the ports by using mRcv.exe tool, adjust the port in the file mRcv.ini in the same folder. Just do a search on your CC server, you'll find it.
