Multicast in zenworks

I have setup multicast and it works fine.

If i ask 19 machines to join it takes 11 minutes to bring down a 1gb image. If i turn on another machine after 5 mins that one joins in.
It creates it's self with a new multicast address and session number and is about 5 minutes quiker than the other 19 machines.
Is there any reason for this?

I don't really know, but here is a shot in the dark.

It does not really join the multicast session, it starts it's own because multicast sends the same packets to all devices at the same time, the other machines are already ahead of the one just now joining, so the server is sending packets right to it that are not being shared with any other device.
