Multicast and Symposium Agent Desktop Display

Hello,

I,ve got the following problem:

We've a symposium enviroment, we use Agent Desktop Display and Web Client for real time reporting.
The software uses multicast for communication with client and server.
It work but no good, if a agent logs out sometimes the Agent Desktop Display don't update.
We changed something today and since then we've problems.
Before today it was working good.
So we've Extreme Switch and a Checkpoint Firewall

THE FIRE WALL IS RESTRICKING NORMAL TRAFFIC BETWEEN SYMP AND LINK TO THE PBX. NEED TO TWEAK YOUR FIRE WALL SO TRAFFIC CAN FLOW.
