Multicall on 5330's and 5550?

Hi all,

I need help with the following, i need to make a multicall key on about 5x5330, i also need this to appear in the 5550's as well, so when the DN of multicall is dialled, it calls the key on 5330's and at the same time a softkey appearence on the 5550's.

Any idea's?

Not going to happen.

5550 Keys cannot be associated with Multiline sets (or Visa-versa)

The best you might be able to accomplish is to ring one, then the other. Not at the same time.

I have heard of development of Sub-Attendant consoles for the 3300 but I have no idea of a delivery date.

you are able to dial a directed call pickup of a ringing 5550 console from another type of phone - not sure if this will work for you

No, what they want to happen is that a user hits a speedcall key on a their phone, this dials for instance and internal DN of 777, 777 then rings on selceted phones and also at the 5550's.
