Multicall on 200ICP 1

One of my field techs has a 200ICP (3.0.2.5) having problems trying to get Multicall working on the admin's phone. It is a SS4150 with a PKM. Programming looks OK, she has 3 lines of Multicall (Prime plus 2 others). The first call rings on OK but only flashes on her PRIME. Subsequent calls go to voice mail. She is not a sub-attendant.
Any ideas or place to look?
 
I vaguely remember the option Enhanced Answering Position affects multicalls and how they operate. Option 606?



 
Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem so we're going to have to look deeper when we have more time. The site is 300 miles from me and we have a field tech who floats between sites. He's certified, but works on everything from 1A2 & TIE systems to an old Mitel Entrepreneur (!!) so Jack of many trades but master of none.
 
Let's try this once more. The field tech gave me bad info, said his Admin/Clerk was in COS 3. I just checked myself and she is in fact in COS 2 and opt 262 was disabled. It's just past 6AM here so I will check with her later this morning. Hopefully this solves it.
